When visiting our whisky bar, make sure to ask or look out for our in house whisky connoisseur Peter Jnr who i’m sure a lot of you will already know! Peter is the Manger 0f the hotel and also the son of the owners Peter and Linda so for him this hotel and whisky bar is more than just a job to him its a way of life!
Bowmore Hotel has been a family run business for over 40 years.
Our whisky collection has grown and become very famous, making it one of the most iconic parts of the hotel. As well as the whisky collection, we take great pride in our restaurant serving local produce from local business on the island and also having fully renovated the hotel with custom built wooden furniture in all bedrooms. We have 11 rooms all with en-suite wet rooms and all have unique quirks within them, and guess what
… even the wood is local!!
